Athletic Pitcher Program

645-845PM
Limited to 12 players per class, ages 11-18
16 Sessions...$750
Mondays or Wednesdays only...$400

The Athletic Pitcher Program improves pitching mechanics and technique, core strength, flexibility, explosiveness, and mental focus. Extensive use of videotape quickly and efficiently zeroes in on mechanical inefficiencies and individualized corrective drills help students develop a bio-mechanically safe and repeatable motion. Pitchers are trained to command second and third pitches and to control the running game out of the set position.

The class is physically demanding and structured. Training protocols are established in week one. In order to keep the classes moving at a proper pace, students who are new to the program that will be joining us after week one are required to complete a 90 minute one on one lesson before attending.

Saturdays, January 9- February 27
4-6PM
Limited to 12 players per individual class
8 sessions...$400

Rotational Hitting Jam Sessions help to keep hitters who have demonstrated proficiency with the rotational swing "in the envelope." Live batting practice and a variety of situational hitting drills follow our dry swing sequences, torque, numbers, and enforcer drills. Lively hitting competitions highlight each session.

Extensive use of videotape including side by side comparisons to former and current hitting stars as well as other students help hitters understand areas that need work as well as what they are doing when they are "right on track."

Pre-requisite: Prior experience in a Mike Epstein Hitting Camp, completion of a 7 Day or 5 Day one-on-one course with a Certified MEH instructor
