Private Lessons are the fastest and easiest way for a player to improve, gain the confidence necessary to succeed, and get the most out of their playing experience. Private lessons can be scheduled on any day of the week and to accomodate player's team schedule.
Baseball Plus offers baseball and softball lessons in Batting, Pitching, Catching, Fielding and Throwing. Baseball Plus staff are professional, dedicated, and committed to each student's progress. Pitching
Master different pitch grips and develop better command of all your pitches. Learn pitch movement, changing speeds, pitch selection strategy and power pitching techniques that develop arm strength and faster arm movement through the release point. Our programs empahsize arm-care and biomechanical work through in-season and off-season throwing programs
Fielding
Improve your defensive game. Learn the proper mechanics of fielding stance, footwork, balance, and proper throwing techniques. Develop a competitive approach to the ball, quick hands and feet, and how to deliver strong, accurate throws. Instructors use situational drills to develop players for various infield positions.
Hitting
Learn the core movements of baseball and softball's greatest hitters. We teach Rotational Hitting mechanics including: How to correctly match the plane of the swing to the plane of the pitch - How to properly stay "inside the ball" - When to stride and when to swing. Time-proven mechanics that increase bat speed, hand quickness, and POWER. Stop hitting ground balls and start hitting line drives!
Computer aided, frame by frame Video Analysis is used capture a student's swing or pitching delivery. Playback in slow motion enables the instructor to correct mechanical faults with immediate visual feedback.
