  • Players begin to build baseball strength in the hands, fingers, wrists and forearms through exercises they can do on their own, at home.
  • Partners work through a progressive series of advanced throwing, fielding, and hitting stations.
  • Throwing drills are assigned by primary position.
  • Hitting drills emphasize proper mechanics, rhythm, pitch selection, situational hitting, corrective drills and mental aspects of competing.
  • Strength program focuses on the development of dynamic balance, core stabilization, baseball flexibility, arm, shoulder, and elbow care.
