- Off-Season hitting, throwing, and fielding circuit training
- Baseball specific, age appropriate core conditioning that is both fun and challenging
- Players begin to build baseball strength in the hands, fingers, wrists and forearms through exercises they can do on their own, at home.
- Partners work through a progressive series of advanced throwing, fielding, and hitting stations.
- Throwing drills are assigned by primary position.
- Hitting drills emphasize proper mechanics, rhythm, pitch selection, situational hitting, corrective drills and mental aspects of competing.
- Strength program focuses on the development of dynamic balance, core stabilization, baseball flexibility, arm, shoulder, and elbow care.
