Intermediate Hitting Technique-Baseball and Softball (Ages 10-12)
- Hitting drills and live batting practice to help individual hitters develop a consistent swing and approach that works for them.
- Special emphasis is placed on lower body mechanics and the creation of rotational forces that lead to greater bat quickness and speed.
- Players learn to develop rhythm and focus in their pre-swing movements and a positive, aggressive approach at the plate.
- Strong technique and concentrated practice yields confidence yields results!
Advanced Hitting Technique-Baseball and Softball (Ages 13+)
- High energy hitting class focuses on the development of the three core movements of the most successful hitters.
- Players learn individual and partner practice routines.
- After the initial phase of learning and cementing the core mechanics, each session is filled with hundreds of supervised swings.
- Hitter competitions help players learn to focus and hit under game like conditions.
Rotational Hitting Jam Sessions (Ages 10+)
Pre-requisite: Graduate of the 7-Day program or completion of a Mike Epstein Hitting Camp.
- Each session includes a review of the torque, numbers, and enforcer drills
- Players work in pairs on specifics such as: hitting the outside pitch, off-speed pitch, “sitting on a pitch,” and two- strike hitting.
- Our very best hitters frequent the jam sessions and there are always lively hitting competitions to top off the sessions.
